Meet Joanna
Two decades of intention.
Joanna Pham is the founder and lead esthetician of Skin4Life Beauty Bar. Her path to skincare was shaped by two decades of living and working with intention.
Before calling Canada home, Joanna spent ten years in Vietnam within some of the world's most prestigious luxury hotel chains and spa environments — where she learned that true hospitality isn't a service, but a feeling. The art of making someone feel seen, cared for, and completely at ease.
She moved to Calgary in 2017, earned her Business Administration Diploma from SAIT, and built something entirely her own. The beauty industry called to her not for its aesthetics, but for its depth — the intersection of science, ritual, and the quiet power of helping someone feel at home in their own skin.
Beauty is not a trend to chase or a standard to meet. It is something to restore and enhance — gently, thoughtfully, from within.
Her practice weaves clinical expertise with holistic wisdom, drawing on face mapping, nervous system awareness, and science-backed treatments to create an experience that works on every level. Rooted in the principles of zen and meditation, she believes the treatment room should be a sanctuary — a place where the body finally exhales, and the skin follows.
What We Stand For
Our principles.
01
Inside Out
We treat from inside out — not outside in. Skin is a reflection of balance; we nurture both.
02
Multi-Step Ritual
Every facial is a layered ritual of therapies, not a single machine treatment. Depth over shortcuts.
03
Asian Wisdom
Reflexology, pressure-point therapy, Japanese scalp massage, herbal knowledge — woven into every session.
04
Education First
Results come from consistency and understanding. We teach you your skin, so beauty lasts beyond the treatment.
