BOOKING POLICY
Deposits for New Appointments: ▪️For New Clients: To secure your spot, we ask for a $35 deposit for any service over $95. Services under $30 will require payment upfront. ▪️Using a Gift Card? No worries! We still just ask for the $35 deposit to hold your appointment. ▪️Returning Clients: If you’ve been with us before, no deposit is required. However, if you need to cancel late or don’t show up, we’ll need to apply the deposit policy for future bookings. Why We Require Deposits: Life can be unpredictable, but deposits help ensure we can keep your appointment safe and plan our time well to serve everyone. The deposit will apply to your final bill at checkout. If you do need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to work with you.
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
At SKIN4LIFE BEAUTY BAR, we value your time and understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients, we have a cancellation policy in place: ▪️Give Us a Heads Up: If you need to cancel, please try to let us know 24-48 hours in advance. We understand things come up, so while deposits aren’t refundable, they can be transferred if you reschedule. ▪️No-Show & Last-Minute Cancellations: If we don’t hear from you within 15 minutes of your appointment time, we may need to charge 50% of the service cost to cover the slot we saved just for you. ▪️Emergencies: We understand emergencies happen. Just give us a quick call or message at least 15 minutes before your appointment to let us know, and we can transfer your deposit to a rescheduled time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of service to all our clients, and we need to ensure that our team's time is respected. If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation and no-show policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
LATE POLICY
We understand that time is valuable for you and our other clients. As such, we would like to be transparent about our Late Policy. This policy is in place to ensure that we can serve you and our other clients in an accurate and timely manner. Running Late? No Problem—Here’s What to Expect: ▪️If You’re 15-30 Minutes Late: Let us know, and we’ll try to offer a shorter version of your service to make it work with the time remaining. ▪️More Than 30 Minutes Late: If we haven’t heard from you, we may need to consider it a no-show to stay on schedule for others, and a no-show charge will apply (50% of the service fee). ▪️Why This Helps When everyone arrives on time, it allows us to create a relaxing, smooth experience for all clients, without rushing through any part of your treatment.
