Spa Policy

At Skin4Life Beauty Bar, we value your time and understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients, we have the following policies in place.

Cancellation Policy

Give Us a Heads UpIf you need to cancel, please try to let us know 24–48 hours in advance. We understand things come up — while deposits aren't refundable, they can be transferred if you reschedule.
No-Show & Last-Minute CancellationsIf we don't hear from you within 15 minutes of your appointment time, we may need to charge 50% of the service cost to cover the slot we saved for you.
EmergenciesWe understand emergencies happen. Just give us a quick call or message at least 15 minutes before your appointment and we can transfer your deposit to a rescheduled time.

Booking & Deposits

A deposit is required for first-time clients only. Existing clients are not asked for a deposit unless there has been a previous no-show or last-minute cancellation.

Running Late?

15–30 Minutes LateLet us know, and we'll try to offer a shorter version of your service to make it work with the time remaining.
More Than 30 Minutes LateIf we haven't heard from you, we may need to consider the appointment a no-show to stay on schedule for other clients. A no-show charge of 50% of the service fee will apply.
